Jerry Tucker was born in Prescott, Arizona, into a traditional ranching family. Working cattle and training horses would best describe the childhood of this artist. Developing an appreciation for fine leather and silver products while attending college at Northern Arizona University led him to own a leather shop in Aspen, Colorado. Using silverwork as embellishment on his leather products necessitated Tucker to manufacture embossment tools for silversmithing and resulted in the creation of Tucker Tool Co., which is still in operation today.
Tucker is now living in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, an idyllic mountain setting, where he enjoys skiing, horse packing, mountain biking, and fishing. He has named his new line of bracelets “Cowboy Cuffs” in honor of his western heritage.
