This gorgeous bolo was created by well known Zuni artist Frank Vacit. He uses Jet, Sleeping Beauty Turquoise, Coral, and Mother of Pearl in what is referred to as channel inlay.  Stones are set in Sterling Silver.  Bolo hangs from a leather cord and has sterling silver tips.

The Eagle Dancer plays an important role in Zuni ceremonies. The Zuni believe that the eagle is a intermediary between the spiritual world and the earthly world and can help achieve divine favor.
