Incredible Bison Bolo! This bolo was made from Tortoise Shell before the use of it was outlawed. The Shell is hand etched to give the appearance of hair on the bison. The hump on the bison is made of Onyx and its eyes and ground are of Sleeping Beauty Turquoise. It has sterling silver caps and bison heads also of tortiose shell and sleeping beauty turquoise set in sterling silver. Bolo and caps hang from a braided leather cord.
