An incredible depiction of the Eagle Dancer. This Zuni made bolo features white shell, mother of pearl onyx and turquoise meticulously set in sterling silver. Twist wire borders the dancer. Bolo was made by renowned Zuni artist Dixon Shebola.

The Eagle is a sacred spiritual animal to the Zuni. According to their beliefs it can move between heaven and earth and help to convey messages and in the granting of favors.
